Ships from Egypt. Shipping fees vary by destination and are calculated before payment.

Heavy shipments
Orders over 30 kg, or containing quote-only items, are quoted separately and confirmed before payment.
On-site services
Calibration, thermal mapping and qualification services are delivered on-site or in-lab and are never charged shipping; a single site-visit fee per location applies instead.
Currency and payment
All prices and shipping rates are set in EGP and converted to your selected currency (EGP / SAR / USD) using an exchange rate refreshed once per day, so displayed amounts may vary slightly. The final charge is settled in EGP.
Customs and duties
All orders ship from Egypt. Customs duties or import taxes may apply in the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient.
